Meet the Pastor:

Pastor Lorelei Toombs has been Pastor of Conyngham United Methodist Church since July 2004. She and her husband Steve live in Conyngham with their two Beagles, Jack and Katie.

She received her call to ministry one day while walking the streets of London. In that moment, she realized the beautiful creation of God by which she was surrounded...herself a part of it. She also

noticed that many went throughout their day without a sense of God's presence in their midst and hope for their future. Her desire, "to share the love of God with a hurting and broken world."

Pastor Lorelei is a fourth generation Methodist Minister. She graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Social Work. She then took some time to live and work in London, England before gaining a Masters of Divinity at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
